My coaching IS NOT right for you if…

You are looking for “advice” or a “quick-fix” as a short cut to your own self-growth.

You do not wish to show up for yourself for your own unfolding process.

You are looking for a “crisis” practitioner.

You are seeking forensic consultation such as court testimonies for past, present, or future legal matters, or, seeking legal or medical advice.

You are not willing to do homework, contemplative reflection and exploration (1 to 3 hours per week).

You are struggling with diagnosed mental illness, are dealing with extreme stress and overwhelm, or are healing from past trauma. In these cases, therapy could be right for you, or, a combination of therapy and coaching.
